NISO Staff
NISO's Secretariat is based at NISO's head office in Ballymount, a couple of minutes from junction 10 off the M50 in South Dublin. It's managed by Ted O'Keeffe, General Manager, who reports to the Executive Committee.
The Secretariat's role is to:
Manage NISO's day to day activities
Including serving its members, replying to enquiries, organising and developing training courses, organising seminars, the annual safety conference, the occupational health & safety awards and other events.
Update policies and procedures
Ensure they adhere to the required quality standards.
Support the regional committees
by providing resources as well as administrative and promotional documentations.
Implement executive committee decisions
